What's your shipping cost? 

We offer a flat $6 standard shipping rate for all orders, and transit time will be 2-7 business days (depending on destination). If you need your item sooner, you can select express shipping at checkout. 

We are happy to help accommodate for any special deadlines, please email us at juju@jujuandstitch.com should you need an item sooner and we will do our best to help!

How long does production take?

Production can take up to 14 business days, plus shipping transit time.  

What's your return policy?

We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on our personalized items, unless we made a mistake (on color, mis-spelling, or wrong design). 

If you have any issues with your order, please send an email to juju@jujuandstitch.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request. 

How can I preview what my embroidered design will look like? 

We offer free digital mockups upon request. Please email info@jujuandstitch.com with all design details if you'd like to see a mockup of your shirt. 

Please note that all of our items are hand-embroidered, and all embroidered phrases are scaled to fit the print area. For example, a longer name will have smaller letters in order to fit the print area, and a baby sized shirt will have smaller letters due to the smaller print area. 

How do I specify multiple heart colors on my order? 

You can utilize the "special notes" section on the product page to specify text & heart color per name. If your selection is over 3 names or has more than 3 thread colors, we will contact you regarding additional fees (typically range from $12-$24, depending on amount of names & thread colors).

What are the care instructions for your tie-dye products? 

We recommend that all tie-dye shirts be washed separately, at least on the first wash. 

How do I know if my product will fit me? 

Please refer to our size guide with any fit questions.
